Razorpay PCI DSS Level 1

All payments are encrypted end-to-end and tokenized by Razorpay. WebCosmos Market never stores card or UPI PIN data. Settlements to sellers are executed only after Razorpay Route verifies PAN, GSTIN, and bank details under RBI guidelines.

Refunds & Disputes

Initiate refunds from the Orders dashboard or write to Rafael@WebCosmos.in. Approved cases reach your bank within 5–7 working days. Mention Razorpay payment IDs for faster handling.

Chargebacks

For card chargebacks, upload supporting evidence and we will respond to the acquiring bank within the 3-day SLA. Razorpay's dispute portal keeps you notified throughout the cycle.

Payment FAQs

My payment is pending. What should I do?

Pending states occur when issuing banks take extra time to confirm. Razorpay retries automatically for 5 minutes. If the status does not update, share the RPX payment ID with our team at Rafael@WebCosmos.in for manual verification.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a refund is approved, Razorpay posts the reversal to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Card refunds can take an extra billing cycle to reflect on statements.

What if the transaction failed but money was debited?

Most failed-but-debited payments auto-reverse in 72 hours. If funds are not returned, open a ticket with your bank and notify us using the Report an Issue form so we can escalate with Razorpay support.
