3. Response Timelines
All grievances receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours and a resolution or status update within 7 working days. Complex cases involving Razorpay or law-enforcement requests may require additional time, but you will be informed of the new timeline promptly.
Please include transaction IDs, Razorpay payment reference numbers, and supporting evidence.
4. Report an Issue
