Ground rules for using the WebCosmos Market digital workflow marketplace.

1. Marketplace Purpose & Eligibility

WebCosmos Market is a curated marketplace for digital workflows, automations, and creative assets operated by RAFAELI CONNECTING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally competent to contract under Indian law, and have completed all required Know Your Customer (KYC) checks where applicable.

  • Use the marketplace solely for lawful business purposes.
  • Maintain accurate identity, tax, and banking details.
  • Agree to be bound by these Terms as well as Razorpay’s user agreements.

2. Seller Obligations

Every seller must maintain transparent listings and comply with Indian commercial law.

  • Complete Razorpay Route onboarding with valid PAN, GSTIN, and bank account proof.
  • Disclose accurate pricing, usage rights, and post-sale support terms.
  • Deliver digital assets promptly and maintain evidence of fulfillment.
  • Ensure assets do not infringe third-party intellectual property.
  • Respond to compliance, grievance, or dispute tickets within 3 business days.

3. Buyer Obligations

Buyers agree to provide correct billing data and use purchased assets responsibly.

  • Pay all invoices in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise displayed.
  • Use digital assets only within the rights purchased from the seller.
  • Report unauthorized use, suspected fraud, or payment failure immediately.

4. Payment Terms via Razorpay

WebCosmos Market processes every transaction through Razorpay's PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Settlements are disbursed to sellers only after Razorpay confirms payment capture and successful Route settlement checks.

  • Razorpay may place holds or require additional verification under RBI guidelines.
  • Platform service fees and taxes are disclosed at checkout prior to payment.
  • Chargebacks are investigated jointly with Razorpay and may lead to account suspension.

5. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

Refunds for digital goods are handled on a case-by-case basis under our Refund & Return Policy. Disputes between buyers and sellers are first mediated by WebCosmos Market's support team. Escalated disputes are resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts in Chennai, India.

You agree to provide transaction IDs, communications, and any supporting files requested during investigation. Razorpay's dispute management timelines apply to chargebacks or payment reversals.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, WebCosmos Market, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from platform usage.

Total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of INR 10,000 or the fees paid to WebCosmos Market for the transaction under dispute.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation or arbitration shall be filed exclusively within the courts and tribunals located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
